Is it safe to order products online using my credit card?

Yes it is safe. Your credit card details are protected by secure encryption when it is sent over the internet.

Which payment methods are accepted?

The Leukaemia Shop accepts Visa and Mastercard. Payment can also be made by direct deposit/bank transfer into our bank account. Please be aware that we will not accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.

How much will the freight cost?

You have a choice at time of ordering of using either Australia Post Standard Service or Australia Post Express post service.

For items sent via Australia Post Standard Service (1-5 working days): For orders AUD$30.00 inc GST or less the postage charge is AUD$6.00inc GST. For orders more than AUD$30.00 inc GST the postage charge is $10.30inc GST. For orders of more than AUD$100.00 inc GST the postage charge is free. Please note this service is not traceable. The Leukaemia shop takes no responsibilty for items lost in transit if you choose this delivery method.

For items sent via Australia Post Express Post Service (overnight between places in the Express post network): For orders AUD$30.00 inc GST or less the postage charge is AUD$8.40 inc GST. For orders more than AUD$30.00 inc GST the postage charge is $11.70 inc GST. For orders of more than AUD$100.00 inc GST the postage charge is free. Please be aware that postage charges for orders to be sent outside Australia are subject to confirmation at the time the order is placed.

How long will my order take?

For Australia Post Standard Service normally delivery is between 1-5 Working days. Delivery times depend on where you live. Please note the standard service is not traceable. The Leukaemia shop takes no responsibilty for items lost in transit if you choose this delivery method.

For Australia Post Express Post service parcels are delivered overnight between places in the Express post network. This generally includes most Central areas of Australian Capital Cities. If not within the network please allow up to 5 days. Please check the Australia post website or contact the Leukaemia shop if you are not sure if your postcode is within the network. sales@leukaemiashop.org.au

Please be aware that delivery to some remote regional areas may take a little longer as items are dispatched from Queensland.

Where do I find the Sizing for Shirts?

Once you have clicked on the clothing item you require there is a tab called sizing charts located at the top of the description box. This will give the half chest measurements for the style of Shirt you have chosen. This measurement is taken under the armpit from the left side seam to the right side seam on the front of the garment.

What if the item is faulty & I need to return the goods?

if you find that the item you have purchased is faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect you can return the item within 14 days to

Please include a note explaining why you are returning the item. Please include your phone number so we can contact you if needed to discuss. Once we receive the goods we will send out a replacement item. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage, however we will mail your replacement free of charge. Please email us at sales@leukaemiashop.org.au to advise you are returning an item.

Can I exchange my items?

We only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods. Items ordered in the wrong size are not returnable so please check the sizing when you order and if in doubt please contact us beforehand.
